Johannesburg: The largest city in South Africa and one of the 50 largest urban areas in the world. It is the provincial capital and largest city of Gauteng, which is the wealthiest province in South Africa. While Johannesburg is not one of South Africa's three capital cities, it is the seat of the Constitutional Court. The city is located in the mineral-rich Witwatersrand range of hills and is the center of large-scale gold and diamond trade.

Kruger National Park Game Drive: Game drives conducted in 4×4 open vehicles are specially equipped for game drives with canvas roofs to protect you from the beating sun. The game starts early morning, when most of the wild animals start their search for food and water for the day. In general, animals are more active in the cool early mornings and prefer to wait out the midday heat under shady trees or in their burrows. Lions are scattered throughout the Park, most commonly found in the grasslands, where their favorite prey of Zebra and Wildebeest found. Leopards are shy animals that hunt at night. Spot African Elephants, Rhino, Deer, Babboons, Monkeys and Antelopes.

George: A city in the Western Cape province of South Africa. The city is a popular holiday and conference center and the administrative, commercial hub and the capital city of the Garden Route.

 

Knysna: A town in the Western Cape Province of South Africa and is part of the Garden Route. It lies 34 degrees south of the equator, and is 55 kilometers east from the city of George on the N2 highway, and 33 kilometers west of the town of Plettenberg Bay on the same road.

 

The Garden Route: A 190 Mile stretch of the south-western coast of South Africa which extends from Mossel Bay in the Western Cape to the Storms River in the Eastern Cape and one of the most scenic routes. The name comes from the verdant and ecologically diverse vegetation encountered here and the numerous lagoons and lakes dotted along the coast. It includes towns such as Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Mossel Bay, Little Brak River and Nature's Valley; with George, the Garden Route's largest city, and main administrative center.

 

The Knysna Lagoon Boat Crusie: One of the most stunning natural wonders along South Africa’s Garden Route—a glittering lagoon framed by the soaring cliffs of Knysna Heads. Set sail across the lagoon, explore the Knysna estuary and head out into the ocean to Brenton-on-Sea and Buffalo Bay. Along the way, look out for wildlife, including whales, dolphins, Cape fur seals, and seabirds.

The Victoria and Alfred Waterfront: One of Africa's most visited destinations and attracts 24 million people every year. It's setting, in the oldest working harbor in the southern hemisphere, is simply spectacular: it has Table Mountain as a dramatic backdrop as well as extensive views of the ocean, city bowl and the mountain peaks of the Hottentots-Holland Mountains.

Table Mountain: Ride the cable car to the top of the mountain, and then enjoy some free time on the mountain top to take in the views of the city below, of Robben Island in the distance and of the mountains that extend inland. Descend from Table with the cable car.

 

Robben Island: An island in Table Bay, 4.3 miles west of the coast of Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, South Africa. Robben Island is roughly oval in shape, 2.1 miles long north-south, and 1.2 miles wide, with an area of 1.96 square miles. It is flat and only a few meters above sea level, as a result of an ancient erosion event.

Kruger National Park: Kruger National Park is one of the largest game reserves in Africa. It covers an area of 19484 square kms in the provinces of Limpopo and Mpumalanga in northeastern South Africa and extends 570 kms from north to south and 104 kms from east to west. The administrative headquarters are in Skukuza. Areas of the park were first protected by the government of the South African Republic in 1898, and it became South Africa's first national park in 1926.

Johannesburg orientation tour & including Soweto: Proceed to Soweto. Pass one of the World Cup stadiums along the way, then arrive in the Diepkloof area full of vendors selling all kinds of things. Travel along Vilakazi Street, a street on which the homes of two Nobel Peace Prize winners are – Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Also see the Johannesburg University, Apartheid Museum, Telkom Tower, Constitution Hill, where Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi were once imprisoned, Nelson Mandela Bridge. Visit the area called Newtown and stroll along the Jazz Walk of Fame in Mary Fitzgerald Square.

Excursion to Oudtshoorn, Cango Caves, and Little Karoo: Proceed to Oudtshoorn, the largest town in the Little Karoo region. First, stop at the incredible Cango Caves. Situated in a limestone ridge parallel to the majestic Swartberg Mountains, the caves consist of more than 2.5 miles of dripstone caverns. Visit a working ostrich farm. Get up close to these huge, flightless birds — the tallest and heaviest in the world — and marvel at the sheer size of their nests and eggs. Learn how their bulky bodies and powerful legs make them capable of carrying humans and, if you’re feeling brave, seize the chance to ride one. Lunch at restaurant with Ostrich meat. Post lunch continue to the Cango Wildlife Ranch on the outskirts of Oudtshoorn. Internationally recognized as the Western Cape’s most prestigious zoological park, it is home to some of the world’s most endangered animals like white tigers, lions, cheetah, crocodiles and more.

Cape Town Orientation Tour: Enjoy the city of Cape Town, visit the colorful Bo-Kaap neighborhood on Signal Hill (also called the Malay Quarter) and hear stories about the Cape Malay slaves of the 16th and 17th centuries, as well as their descendants who built this district. Castle of Good Hope - one of the oldest buildings in the whole country of South Afric. Visit the Milnerton Lighthouse, the light that brings ships safely into Table Bay, and finishes the tour with a stop at Diamond Works to tour the factory and hear about South African jewelry.

 

South African Wine Tour: Proceed to the wine regions of Paarl, Franschhoek, and Stellenbosch produce some of the finest wines in the Cape Winelands, surrounded by lush mountains and rolling vineyards. Enjoy a comprehensive introduction to South African wine “ sample a wide variety of red and white wines”; also we will have a chance to taste regional specialties including cheese and chocolates.
